    Hi, I’ve been struggling with a persistent rash/hives for well over a year. I went gluten free and avoided known allergens. But, was desperate to figure out WHAT was causing this persistent rash. Finally, I went to a Naturopath who ran an allergy panel and I’m highly allergic to soy.! Even though I had been mostly cautious about not eating soy things like tofu/tempeh/or anything obvious, I was not aware of the pervasiveness of this ingredient! I’m just starting to figure out how to remove the soy from my life. I’m glad I’ve found your web-site.
