Soy in supplements

I have an alergy to the sun and I am also hypothyroid with Hashimoto’s disease.   My dermatologist has prescribed a supplement to prepare my skin and protect it from the sun.  The supplement contains soy bean oil (without GMO) and soy lecithin.  The Soy bean oil is the second ingredient listed on the box which means there is a lot.  Is this supplement safe for me to take?

If you don't have a severe allergy to soy as I do, then it shouldn't be a problem.

If you notice any redness or itching, discontinue use and contact your doctor.

Your blog looks appealing, however it would be better if you can use lighter set of colors as well as a professional design. This will ensure that a lot more readers come to check it out.

Informative post by the way!
