Chef D’s Patent Pending Soy Free Soy Sauce

Soy-Free Soy Sauce is an innovative food item created as healthy alternative to conventional soy sauce. As this food item contains no soy it is perfect for people who enjoy the flavor enhancement properties of soy sauce but who are allergic to soy. As an added health benefit, Soy-Free Soy Sauce is allergy-free, no MSG and low in sodium, which makes it a great alternative for people with heart disease and high blood pressure.
Chef Gregg came up with the idea for this Soy-Free Soy Sauce because she suffers from a severe allergy to soy, and after twelve years was missing the flavor of Asian food. She used to warm chunky peanut butter, grated ginger and a little lime which was the closet she came to resemble Pad Thai. She missed the taste of Teriyaki, and as result, she decided to play around in the kitchen and come up with something similar to it, and created Soy-Free Soy Sauce.
