Apple and Cranberry Salad

Ingredients:
• 2 TBS chopped pecans
• 2 medium Granny Smith apples medium dice
• ½ cup dried cranberries
• ½ tsp orange zest
• ¼ cup orange juice
• ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

1. Place pecans in a sheet pan and toast about five minutes. Let cool.

2. In a medium bowl add cooled pecans and the remaining ingredients. Stir to incorporate.

Free of the following allergens:

  • Wheat
  • Milk
  • Egg
  • Soy
  • Peanuts
  • Fish
  • Shellfish

Excellent for people with diabetes and/or hypertension.
